At BERLOOK, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your sustainable swimwear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners attached before placing them back in their original packaging.
Ship the Items
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
